Build Complete. (a) In order to achieve Build Complete in respect of each Grant Funded Location Vodafone will do all things reasonably necessary to build the Grant Funded Infrastructure.

CONTRACT COMPLETE This Contract represents the complete agreement between the parties. No other understanding regarding this Contract, whether written or oral, may be used to bind either party. For any conflict between the attached Proposal and the terms set out in Articles 1-22 of this Contract, the terms of Articles 1-22 will govern.
Non-Compliant Work Should the A/E and/or the ODR identify Work as non-compliant with the Contract Documents, the ODR will communicate the finding to the Contractor and the Contractor will correct such Work at its expense. The approval of Work by either the A/E or ODR does not relieve the Contractor from the obligation to comply with all requirements of the Contract Documents.
Agreement Complete This Agreement constitutes the full and complete agreement of the Members. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether in writing or oral, related to the subject matter of this Agreement that are not set forth in writing herein.
190 Contract Complete This contract is the final expression of the Parties' agreement. There are no understandings, agreements, or representations, expressed or implied, which are not specified in this contract.
Work Site Work site shall be defined as a college campus or any other place designated by management where instruction and/or services are performed.
Dimensions Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Experience: A minimum of 10 years of IT (including Web/Internet, database applications and data warehousing) and business/industry work experience, with at least 3 years of leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or project, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders.
Commencement and Completion of Work Upon the Effective Date of the Contract, bidder agrees to commence all Preconstruction Activities. Upon issuance of a Proceed Order, bidder agrees to commence physical activities on the Site with adequate forces and equipment and to complete to Material Completion all work in 90 consecutive calendar days beginning the day after the date of the Proceed Order. Bid Bond. Enclosed herewith is a Bid Bond (NO OTHER FORM ACCEPTABLE) in the amount of Dollars ($ ) (being not less than five percent of the Bid). PROGRESS AND COMPLETION 8.2.1 All time limits stated in the Contract Documents are material terms and time is the essence of the Contract. A failure by Contractor to do what is required by the time specified in the Contract Documents is a breach of the contract.
Drawings and Specifications at the Project Site The Contractor shall keep at the Site at least one copy of the Contract Documents and Change Orders, all in good order and available to the Design Professional and to his representatives.
Shift Work Shift work is work not in excess of ordinary hours (ie 38 hours per week), but carried out wholly or partly between the hours of 7.00pm and 7.00am, Monday to Friday. Shift work is work scheduled at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the shift. Employees required to work shift work will be paid at time and one quarter of the ordinary rate per hour for ordinary hours worked.
