Building Based Decision Making. In order to bring decisions closer to the classroom and open up dialogue between the stakeholders, there shall be established in each school building a process in which principals will seek input from staff on developing curriculum, implementing programs and initiatives and building expenses. The budgetary input would include building expenses, how to use district allocated discretionary funds for purchasing instructional supplies, materials and equipment, developing curriculum and implementing programs.

Building Based Decision Making. 1. A building based decision process will be implemented in each building as a Principal’s Advisory Committee for the purpose of developing member input to assist the building principal in building based decisions.
Building Based Decision Making. There shall be established in each school building a budget advisory committee. The budget committee may recommend priorities and allocations within the building budget, including, but not limited to, all local, state and federal monies for purchasing instructional supplies, materials and equipment, developing curriculum and implementing programs.
