Instructional Supplies. The College will provide students enrolled in the Dual Credit Program with any supplies normally furnished by the College to its on-campus students.

Instructional Supplies. 11.1 Unit members who are assigned to teach a grade level for the first time in the District shall be authorized $400 in expenses. Unit members who taught a combination class in the District and return to teaching a single grade class, that was one of the grades in the combination class, shall not be authorized $400 in expenses. Unit members who are assigned a combination class, one of the grades of which they have not taught for three years or more, shall be entitled to 50% of the instructional supplies stipend amount. Notwithstanding the above, unit members who are assigned to a grade level that he/she has not taught for three years or more in the District shall be authorized $400 in expenses.
Instructional Supplies. The employer will make every effort to maintain the instructional supplies, technology equipment and software at a level consistent with the recommendations forwarded from the district and site technology committees.
Instructional Supplies. The Provider Program and/or Providing LEA shall provide instructional supplies from its warehouse stock and shall xxxx XXXXX on a monthly or quarterly detailed invoice of all instructional supplies ordered and provided.   • Instructional Materials A. The Board recognizes that appropriate texts, library reference facilities, maps and globes, laboratory equipment, audio-visual equipment, art supplies, athletic equipment, current periodicals, standard tests and questionnaires, computers, and similar materials are the tools of the teaching profession. B. Efforts shall be continued to seek and use instructional materials which reflect the contribution and presence of diverse ethnic and cultural groups. C. 1. Selection of instructional materials for each school shall be made by a committee of teachers chosen by the faculty within that school.

  • Operational Support 2.1 Party A agrees, according to the operational needs of Party B, to act as the guarantor of Party B in the contracts, agreements, or transactions entered into between Party B and third parties, in order to fully guarantee the performance by Party B of such contracts, agreements, and transactions. 2.2 Party A agrees, according to the operational needs Party B, to recommend directors and senior management to Party B and Party B agrees to appoint such personnel recommended by Party A to be its directors and senior management.   • INSTRUCTIONAL MINUTES a) When CONTRACTOR is an NPS, the total number of instructional minutes per school day provided by CONTRACTOR shall be at least equivalent to the number of instructional minutes per school day provided to LEA students at like grade level, attending LEA schools, unless otherwise specified in the student’s IEP/IFSP, and shall be specified in the LEA student’s ISA developed in accordance with the LEA student’s IEP/IFSP. b) For NPS students in grades pre-kindergarten through 12, unless otherwise specified in the LEA student’s IEP/IFSP, the number of instructional minutes, excluding recess, lunch, and passing time, shall be at least the minimum as specified in Education Code Sections 46110-46147, and in no case will be less than the amount as specified in the IEP/IFSP. In addition, the total number of annual instructional minutes shall be at least equivalent to the total number of annual instructional minutes provided to LEA students attending LEA schools in like grade level unless otherwise specified in the LEA student’s IEP/IFSP. c) When CONTRACTOR is a NPA and/or related services provider, the total number of minutes per school day provided by CONTRACTOR shall be specified in the LEA student’s ISA developed in accordance with the LEA student’s IEP/IFSP.

  • BOOKS AND INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS The total cost of books and instructional materials for school district students participating as part of this CCAP agreement will be borne by school district.

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). The Data Controller will have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, and legality of Personal Data and the means by which it was obtained. 4.3 The Data Processor will inform the Data Controller of any instruction that it deems to be in violation of Applicable Law and will not execute the instructions until they have been confirmed or modified.
