Common use of Building Facilities Clause in Contracts

Building Facilities. A. The Association and its members shall have the right to use the school building facilities at all reasonable hours, when not conflicting with the duties of the employees, for business meetings upon previous arrangements with the building principal. The Association and its members shall have the right to use school equipment, machines, communication devices, and interschool mail, for association purposes. The cost of unusually large volumes of copies may be borne by the Association.
