BUILDING-LEVEL MEETINGS. Building principals shall schedule a meeting at least once per month before or after school hours with all bargaining unit members. Attendance by bargaining unit members is optional. The purposes of these meetings are to xxxxxx the free flow of information on teacher concerns, improvement of student performance and other matters which may not be covered in the monthly meetings held under section 7.01 of the Agreement.
