Building Maintenance Employee. Level 7 Is an employee who has satisfied the requirements as designated in Level 6, and has achieved and utilises the skills set out in: -- Basic Site Skills (8 including core skills) and One (1) Trade Competency Stream (3 skill sets including core) Additionally such employee shall continue to participate in training to maintain and enhance site specific requirements. In addition to undertaking the duties of such certified level of competency the employee is required to perform the general duties described as required by the Company.
