Building Maintenance Employee. Level 8 Is an employee who has satisfied the requirements as designated in Level 7 and shall hold additional qualifications as follows: - National Dogging Certificate OR Building Supervisors Certificate (or equivalent) Additionally such employee shall continue to participate in training to maintain and enhance site specific requirements.
