BUILDINGS, BRIDGES & STORM WATER DRAINS. The Contractor shall maintain the works executed by him in proper repair for a period of two years from the date of completion of work in satisfactory condition at his own cost. 2 i % the total value of work should be retained for a period of 2 years from the date of completion of work, in order to enable the department officers to watch the effect of all seasons on the work. An indemnity bond for a further period of 3 years should be obtained from the contractors in the form approved by the Government. in G.O.Ms.No.654 dt: 15-4-88 of P.W.D. so that the contractor shall make good the loss or damage that may be caused to the Corporation of Chennai in respect of rectification of any defect noticed due to the faulty workmanship by the contractor, or substandard materials used by the contractor in the execution of the work.

  • Irrigation Systems The Project Area either has no irrigation system or a low-volume drip irrigation system. If a watering system is used, it is a drip irrigation system equipped with a filter, pressure regulator and emitters rated at twenty (20) gallons per hour (gph) or less. The system is maintained free of leaks and malfunctions. No spray irrigation is applied to the Project Area, including spray from irrigation systems adjacent to the Project Area.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins.

  • Infrastructure Improvements The design, redevelopment and construction and completion of certain infrastructure improvements, including sewer, stormwater, electrical and water main improvements, along with other similar improvements.

  • Underground Facilities All underground pipelines, conduits, ducts, cables, wires, manholes, vaults, tanks, tunnels, or other such facilities or attachments, and any encasements containing such facilities, including without limitation those that convey electricity, gases, steam, liquid petroleum products, telephone or other communications, cable television, water, wastewater, storm water, other liquids or chemicals, or traffic or other control systems.

  • Potable Water Contractor shall provide potable water and ice for the Stage 2 Site use, and ensure that a safe and plentiful supply of potable water and ice is available for all activities on the Stage 2 Site until Substantial Completion of Subproject 3. The water and ice for human consumption shall be of suitable quality.

  • Landscaping Maintaining, tending and cultivating and (as necessary) re-stocking any garden or grassed areas including replacing plants, shrubs and trees as necessary.

  • Utility Easements 2.1 Some properties may at the discretion of the Developer be subject to easements in favour of suppliers of water, power, gas, telephone, internet and wastewater utilities and services, including SaskPower for location of a transformer and SaskTel. The Property Owner acknowledges that the location of any transformer and which lots will be affected by any such easements, will not be known until such utility and service providers complete their design work and the Developer has negotiated the terms and conditions thereof. The Property Owner further specifically acknowledges and agrees that the Property may be subject to any such easement, and that the same shall not affect or result in a decrease or abatement of the purchase price of the Property.

  • Stormwater Notwithstanding any other provisions or terms of this Agreement, Company acknowledges that certain properties within the Premises or on Authority-owned land are subject to stormwater rules and regulations. Company agrees to observe and abide by such stormwater rules and regulations as may be applicable to the Premises, and, if applicable, Company hereby expressly covenants, warrants, and represents to Authority, in connection with Company’s operations on the Premises, the following:

  • Landscape Develop and coordinate landscape design concepts entailing analysis of existing conditions, proposed components and how the occupants will use the facility. Include location and description of planting, ground improvements and visual barriers.
