BUILT-UP AREAin relation to a Unit shall mean the plinth area of that Unit (including the area of bathrooms, balconies, and servants quarter, appurtenant thereto but excluding the area of the Open Terrace, if anyand also the thickness of the walls (external and internal), the columns and pillars therein, provided that, if any wall, column or pillar be common between the two Units then 1/2 (one-half) of the area under such wall, column or pillar shall be included in such Unit;

  • Built-up Area The built-up area for the Designated Apartment or any other Unit shall mean the Carpet Area of such Unit and Balcony area and 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Unit/Balcony and any other Unit/Balcony and the area covered by all other external walls of the such Unit/Balcony.

When EZ Phone or its authorized agent owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non-designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location; a collocation cross connection connecting the Loop to the collocation space; a second collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port; the high frequency spectrum line activation, and a splitter. The Loop and port cannot be a Loop and port combination (i.e. UNE-P), but must be individual stand-alone Network Elements. When BellSouth owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location with CFA and splitter port assignments, and a collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port.

  • Access Roads The Company is to construct a public access road from Xxxxx Avenue to the Town Centre together with all other roads shown on the Land Tenure Plan. All roads are to be paved and drained to the satisfaction of the City.
