The Allottee shall be responsible for all consequences, loss of life and property, damages or accidents that may occur due to breach or default on the part of the Allottee while carrying out any fitout or other activity.

  • General Assembly In addition to the rules described in Section 6.2, the following rules apply:

  • Cheating Cheating is prohibited, and will result in immediate action and termination without compensation.
