BULLETIN BOARD, MAIL FACILITIES, AND MAILBOXES. A. The Association may use the employee mailboxes in any BHASED owned/operated facility for communicating meeting notices, conferences, and social gatherings to bargaining unit members. Copies shall be available to the building Administrator and Director upon request. The Employer shall not tamper with sealed paper communications. B. The Association shall be assigned space on a bulletin board in a central location of each BHASED owned and operated facility for the posting of official Association notices. C. The Association will have an email address and a physical mailbox designated for its use.
