Bulletin Boards, District Mail, and Mail Boxes. The Board agrees that bulletin board space shall be provided for use of the Association in each building for posting notices of activities and other matters of Association concern. The bulletin board shall be in conjunction with that used by the Teacher’s Union. The regular District mail service shall be made available to the Association for a reasonable volume of communications to employees regarding the Association’s official business.

  • Bulletin Boards The Employer shall provide bulletin board facilities for the exclusive use of the Union, the sites to be determined by mutual agreement. The use of such bulletin board facilities shall be restricted to the business affairs of the Union.
