Bureau Service. 1.14.1. The Contractor may be required to provide a Bureau Service that may include services such as:  An Automatic Monitoring and Targeting (aM&T) and Energy Reporting Bureau Service  A Building Energy Management System (BEMS) Bureau Service (24/7) 1.14.2. An aM&T and Energy Reporting Bureau Service may provide energy consumption monitoring, targeting and monthly reporting associated with the EnPC ECMs. Such energy reporting shall be provided to the Framework Public Body and their Energy Managers and will include clear consumption reporting, trend analysis (including reporting against agreed benchmarks/baseline performance and previous year performance), identification and resolution of issues within [the month], and where possible, improvement recommendations. 1.14.3. A BEMS Bureau Service may include the service management of identifying and monitoring performance of the ECMs, enabling Framework Public Body logging of issues and reporting on issue resolution throughout the EnPC. The BEMS Bureau Service may also provide a platform for reviewing controls and making adjustments of agreed ECMs to optimise and maintain performance.

Bureau Service. Where the Client has purchased Bureau Services, then this Agreement will start on the Contract Start Date and will continue for the Initial Period or until the Services specified in the Order Form have been delivered unless terminated in accordance with clause 11.3 and/or clause 12 of these General Terms.
Bureau Service. Where the Client has purchased Bureau Services the following shall apply: (a) The Client shall be responsible for delivering all necessary Input Materials to GBG at the specified location, in a readable condition, within the delivery timescales agreed and in the manner, quantity and form agreed in the Order Form and; (b) Input Materials may be scanned for viruses and malware. Any Input Materials that are found to contain such items will not be processed and the Client will be notified. (c) Reprocessing of any data required due to any fault on the part of GBG or its employees to exercise reasonable skill and care shall be made at GBG’s expense, subject to the Client making available any information or Input Materials necessary for such reprocessing; (d) Reprocessing of any data required as a result of a failure by the Client to fulfil any of its delivery obligations set out in clause 3.2 shall be carried out at the Client’s expense; and (e) GBG shall not be liable for deletion or destruction of or for damage to the Input Materials and the Client should retain duplicates of all data and Input Materials supplied.

  • Usage Statistics The Distributor shall ensure that the Publisher will provide access to both composite system-wide use data and itemized data for the Licensee, the Participating Institutions, individual campuses and labs, on a monthly basis. The statistics shall meet or exceed the most recent project Counting Online Usage of NeTworked Electronic Resources ("COUNTER") Code of Practice Release,3 including but not limited to its provisions on customer confidentiality. When a release of a new COUNTER Code of Practice is issued, the Distributor shall ensure that the Publisher will comply with the implementation time frame specified by COUNTER to provide usage statistics in the new standard format. It is more than desirable that the Standardized Usage Statistics Harvesting Initiative (SUSHI) Protocol4 is available for the Licensee to harvest the statistics.

  • Water Service The Purchase Price for the Property shall include all water rights/water shares, if any, that are the legal source for Seller’s current culinary water service and irrigation water service, if any, to the Property. The water rights/water shares will be conveyed or otherwise transferred to Buyer at Closing by applicable deed or legal instruments. The following water rights/water shares, if applicable, are specifically excluded from this sale:

  • Statistics The Parties shall endeavour to promote, in accordance with existing statistical cooperation activities between the Union and ASEAN, the harmonisation of statistical methods and practices including the gathering and dissemination of statistics, thus enabling them to use, on a mutually acceptable basis, statistics on trade in goods and services, foreign direct investment and, more generally, on any other area covered by this Agreement which lends itself to statistical data collection, processing, analysis and dissemination.

  • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.

  • Mail Service 1. The Union shall be authorized to use the Agency’s internal mail distribution system, and the electronic mail system (e-mail), to conduct Union business which is necessary for the effective representation of bargaining unit employees. 2. Union representatives shall observe all Agency rules and regulations governing the use of mail distribution systems (electronic or otherwise). Failure to do so may result in denial of access of use.

  • UTILITIES AND SERVICE 7.1 It is the intent of the parties that Tenant shall assume all responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the Premises. Therefore, notwithstanding anything in the Lease to the contrary, during the term of this Lease, the following utilities and services will be provided on the premises: (a) Tenant will provide Electricity, water and sewer service, since the services are billed to the Landlord, the Tenant will pay a monthly sum ( ) subject to annual review based upon the average usage the previous year. (b) The Landlord shall provide heat to such extent and to such levels as, in the Landlord’s judgment, is reasonably required for the comfortable use and occupancy of the Premises. (c) Tenant will provide landscaping and grounds keeping to the common areas and Premises. 7.2 Tenant shall, at its own costs, provide custodial and janitorial service to the Premises. 7.3 Tenant shall arrange for and shall pay the entire cost and expense of all telephone stations, equipment and use charges, electric light bulbs and all other materials and services not expressly required to be provided and paid by Landlord pursuant to the provisions of this Section 7. 7.4 Tenant shall not, without the written consent of Landlord, use any apparatus or device on the Premises (including, but without limitation thereto, electronic data processing machines, punch card machines or machines using current in excess of 110 volts) which will in any way increase the amount of electricity or water usually supplied at the Premises. Tenant shall not connect with electrical current, except through existing electrical outlets in the Premises. If Tenant requires water or electric current in excess of that usually supplied at the Premises, Tenant shall first procure the written consent of Landlord for the use thereof. Landlord may cause a water meter or electric current meter to be installed in the Premises. The cost of such meters and of installation, maintenance, and repair thereof shall be paid by Tenant. Xxxxxx further agrees to pay Landlord promptly upon demand for all such water and electric current consumed at the rates charged for such services by the City of Xxxxxxx or the local public utility, plus any additional expense incurred by Landlord in keeping account of the water and electric current so consumed. 7.5 Landlord shall not be liable for and Tenant shall not be entitled to terminate this Lease or to effectuate any abatement or reduction of rent by reason of Landlord’s failure to provide or furnish any of the foregoing utilities or services unless such failure was due to the gross negligence or intentional misconduct of Landlord. Landlord shall not be liable for loss or injury to persons or property, however arising, occurring in connection with or attributable to any failure to furnish such utilities or services, unless and only to the extent due to the gross negligence or intentional misconduct of Landlord, and in no event shall Landlord be liable for Tenant’s consequential damages. 7.6 Landlord shall be responsible for repairs of the major mechanical system, such as the boiler, HVAC and electrical system, and “Building Envelope”, such as the roof, foundation, walls and other structural components of the Building. Tenant shall be responsible for routine operation, maintenance and repairs of the Premises. A major repair to a system is one which exceeds $10,000 in a twelve month period. In the event when a major mechanical or building system failure is too costly to be repaired, if so deemed by the Landlord, and if neither Landlord or Tenant is willing or able to remedy the situation, either party can cancel this Lease. 7.7 Landlord shall not be responsible for any loss caused to Tenant by Xxxxxxxx’s failure to make any major repairs. The District’s priority and scheduling may push these repairs out several years.

  • Utility Service To the extent commercially reasonable and practicable, the Sellers and Purchaser shall obtain xxxxxxxx and meter readings as of the Business Day preceding the Closing Date to aid in the proration of charges for gas, electricity and other utility services which are not the direct responsibility of Tenants. If such xxxxxxxx or meter readings as of the Business Day preceding the Closing Date are obtained, adjustments for any costs, expenses, charges or fees shown thereon shall be made in accordance with such xxxxxxxx or meter readings. If such xxxxxxxx or meter readings as of the Business Day preceding the Closing Date are not available for a utility service, the charges therefor shall be adjusted at the Closing on the basis of the per diem charges for the most recent prior period for which bills were issued and shall be further adjusted at the Final Closing Adjustment on the basis of the actual bills for the period in which the Closing takes place. Each Property’s Seller shall receive a credit at Closing for the Utility Deposits, if any, that are transferred or made available to Purchaser and that are held by applicable utility companies for the account of such Seller in respect of services provided to such Seller’s Property or Properties. Purchaser shall arrange for placing all utility services and bills in its own name as of the Closing Date.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Service a. Any notice, request or demand required to be served on any party hereto shall be in writing and shall be deemed to be sufficiently served:- (i) If it is delivered personally to the address of the party provided pursuant to these Conditions of Sale or at the designated branch of the Assignee as stipulated herein; or (ii) If it is sent by prepaid registered post to the address of the party provided pursuant to these Conditions of Sale or by AR Registered Post to the designated branch of the Assignee as stipulated herein; and such notice, request or demand shall be deemed to have been received (iii) If delivered personally at the time given by hand or courier; or (iv) If sent by prepaid registered post after 3 days of posting; or (v) If sent by AR Registered Post upon actual receipt. b. Any legal process issued may be served on any party in the same manner stipulated for the service of notice, request or demand and such legal process shall be deemed served in the same manner as for the notice, request or demand.
