Input Materials definition

Input Materials means the data, which is provided by the Client that GBG will process and enhance in accordance with the relevant terms of this Agreement.
Input Materials means all such imported goods or materials used in the manufacture of goods or products specified in Schedule I as are identified and determined as such under this sub-chapter;
Input Materials means all materials necessary for the Preparation of Products, such as Surfactants, other active ingredients, inert ingredients, and Packaging Materials.

  • Upon termination of this SOW or the Agreement, and unless continuing obligations for Fees exist beyond termination, Company shall promptly pay Contractor for all services performed pursuant to the terms hereof up to the date of termination, and Contractor shall return all Input Materials in Contractor 's possession to Company.

  • The Supplier shall provide all materials necessary (other than the In-put Materials), and allocate sufficient resources to the Services, to enable the Supplier to provide the Services and deliver the Deliverables to the Catapult in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
