Bus Driver Uniform Policy. 1. The Administration and Union by a joint committee shall select a jacket to be worn by bus drivers while on duty. 2. The Board agrees to pay $75.00 per employee toward the purchase of a committee-approved jacket every three (3) years of service for each employee starting with the effective date of this Agreement. Jackets purchased in accordance with this provision are the property of the employee.
