Business Days and Business Hours. The Support Services provided under this Agreement are subject to the time zone selected by Customer in the applicable Order Form. The Business Days are Monday through Friday except Lightbend holidays. Business Hours are 8am to 6pm within the time zone selected by Customer in the applicable Order Form during the Business Days defined by the selected time zone. Daylight savings time changes apply within each center’s time zone. The available time zones and associated holidays are:

The Borrower shall keep and maintain, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to keep and maintain, in all material respects, proper books of record and account in which entries in conformity with GAAP shall be made of all dealings and transactions in relation to their respective businesses and activities.
