Time Changes. An employee shall be paid at his basic hourly rate according to hours worked when the time changes from Daylight Saving Time to Eastern Standard Time and vice versa.
Time Changes. All proposed semester schedule additions, cancellations, closings, time changes, laboratory changes, corrections in credit or contact hours, and any other changes must be approved by the designated administrator and the Vice President for Academic Affairs.
Time Changes. When a change is made to Daylight Savings Time, employees will not receive less time than their normal shift because of the night tour being reduced by one (1) hour; the Company may, however, require the employee to work a full eight (8) hour shift. It is also understood that when a change is made back to Standard Time, those employees required to work beyond their regular shift will be paid the OT rate.
Time Changes. Emergency Telecommunicators shall be paid for their regular shift during the change from standard daylight to daylight savings time in the fall and spring of each year.
Time Changes. No adjustments in schedules or pay will be made for those employees working at the time of semi-annual time changes between Eastern Standard Time and Eastern Daylight-Savings Time.
Time Changes. When daylight savings time occurs, the following procedure will be used:
1. In the fall, when the clock moves back one hour, if officers work their full (regular) number of shift hours and work the extra hour due to the clock change, they will be paid an extra hour’s pay at his/her overtime rate.
2. In the spring, when the clock moves ahead one hour and officers work one less hour they will be compensated for the full (regular) number of hours in their normal shift.
Time Changes. At the time of change from Daylight Savings to Standard Time and vice versa, employees will be paid for hours worked at straight time.
Time Changes. Employees who work their regular schedule on the dates of the semi-annual time changes between Eastern Standard Time and Eastern Daylight-Savings Time shall receive eight (8) hours of pay. Employees who additionally work overtime on the dates of the semi-annual changes between Eastern Standard Time and Eastern Daylight-Savings Time shall be paid for all overtime hours actually worked.
Time Changes. A member's accumulated will be credited or debited to reflect the one (1) hour of straight time during the time changeover from standard time to daylight saving time and vice versa.
Time Changes. When time changes to or from Alaska Standard Time, members shall be paid only for actual hours worked.
