Business Materials and Property Disclosure. All written materials, records, and documents made by Executive or coming into his possession concerning the business or affairs of the Bank shall be the sole property of the Bank and, upon termination of his employment with the Bank, Executive shall deliver the same to the Bank and shall retain no copies. Executive shall also return to the Bank all other property in his possession owned by the Bank upon termination of his employment.
