Buy-In Programs. Any non-member entity may purchase services from Keystone. A non-member entity is defined as any governmental entity that is not a signatory to this inter-local agreement. The delivery of services, types of programs offered for purchase and the program costs and assessments to any non-member entity shall be determined by the Keystone board.

Buy-In Programs. With respect to each Buy-In Program, the Commercializing Party for a Buy-In Program shall have lead responsibility for all Regulatory Interactions with respect to the Buy-In Compounds and Buy-In Products Developed or Commercialized under such Buy-In Program.

  • 401(k) Plans (a) From the Distribution Time and continuing until the 401(k) Plan Transition Date, SpinCo shall become an “adopting employer” (as defined in the Company 401(k) Plan) and the Company 401(k) Plan shall provide for the SpinCo Group to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan for the benefit of SpinCo Employees and Former SpinCo Service Providers, and the Company consents to such adoption and maintenance, in accordance with the terms of the Company 401(k) Plan.
