Buyer’s Officer’s Certificate. An officer of Buyer shall execute and deliver to Sellers a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit G.
Buyer’s Officer’s Certificate. Buyer shall execute and deliver to the Seller Representative an officer’s certificate in form and substance similar to Exhibit G, stating that all conditions precedent to Closing have been satisfied.

Buyer’s Officer’s Certificate. “Buyer’s Officer’s Certificate” shall mean a certificate of an officer of Buyer, in a form satisfactory to Seller, certifying fulfillment of the matters referred to in Sections 7.1 and 7.2.
