Transfer Format Transfers may include, but are not limited to, conversion of all Data into or from an industry standard format or providing application programmable interface. ENCRYPTION Data must be encrypted at all times unless specifically outlined otherwise in the Authorized User Agreement. Any and all visitors to our site and users of the website applications and/or companion mobile application(s) shall be deemed as "users" of the herein contained Services provided for the purpose of this TOS. The user acknowledges and agrees that the Services provided and made available through our website and applications, which may include some mobile applications and that those applications may be made available on various social media networking sites and numerous other platforms and downloadable programs, are the sole property of Genius Programs.
