C ommercial General Liability Insurance Sample Clauses

C ommercial General Liability Insurance. Contractor shall maintain Commercial General Liability (CGL) with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and an annual aggregate of at least $2,000,000. CGL shall be written on a standard ISO “occurrence” form (or a substitute form providing equivalent coverage) and shall cover liability arising from premises, operations, independent contractors, products-completed operations, personal and advertising injury, and liability assumed under an insured contract including the tort liability of another assumed in a business contract. No coverage shall be deleted from the standard policy without notification of individual exclusions and acceptance by the City of Xxxxx. The City of Xxxxx and its agents, officers, officials, and employee shall be listed as an additional insured.

C ommercial General Liability Insurance. The CITY, its officials, employees and volunteers shall be covered by policy terms or endorsement as additional insureds as respects general liability arising out of activities performed by or on behalf of Contractor, products and completed operations of Contractor, and premises owned, leased or used by Contractor. The general liability additional insured endorsement must be signed by an authorized representative of the insurance carrier for contracts involving construction or maintenance, or if required by the CITY by selecting the option below: Additional insured endorsement must be signed by an authorized representative of the insurance carrier. If the policy includes a blanket additional insured endorsement or contractual additional insured coverage, the above signature requirement may be fulfilled by submitting that document with a signed declaration page referencing the blanket endorsement or policy form.
C ommercial General Liability Insurance. The Supplier and all Subcontractors to the Supplier shall obtain and maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance Policies covering: injuries, including accidental death, to persons, damage to property, completed operations, and contractual liability. Minimum coverage amounts under each such Commercial General Liability insurance policy shall be One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence and Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) in the aggregate.

  • The Commercial General Liability Insurance Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance and Excess Public Liability Insurance policies shall contain provisions that specify that the policies are primary and shall apply to such extent without consideration for other policies separately carried and shall state that each insured is provided coverage as though a separate policy had been issued to each, except the insurer’s liability shall not be increased beyond the amount for which the insurer would have been liable had only one insured been covered. Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each be responsible for its respective deductibles or retentions.
