- CABLE LOCATION. (a) In all areas of the Town where all of the transmission and distribution facilities of all public or municipal utilities are installed underground, Licensee shall install its Cable System underground, provided that such facilities are actually capable of receiving the Licensee’s cable and other equipment without technical degradation of the Cable System’s signal quality.

(a) In all areas of the City where all of the transmission and distribution facilities of all public or municipal utilities are installed underground, the Franchisee shall install its Cable System underground provided that such facilities are actually capable of receiving the Franchisee’s cable and other equipment without technical degradation of the Cable System’s signal quality. Vaults and pedestals shall be suitably restored to a similar condition prior to underground work.
- CABLE LOCATION. Insofar as practicable, the distribution system (trunk and feeder cable) shall run along public rights-of-way.
