Cable Television System or Cable System. A facility, consisting of a set of closed transmission paths and associated signal generation, reception, and control equipment that is designated to provide cable service which includes video programming and which is provided to multiple Subscribers in the Town.

Cable Television System or Cable System. A facility consisting of a set of closed transmission paths and associated signal generation, reception, and control equipment that is designed to provide Cable Service which includes video programming and which is provided to multiple Subscribers within the Town, but such term does not include (A) a facility that serves only to retransmit the television signals of one or more television broadcast stations; (B) a facility that serves Subscribers without using any public right-of-way; (C) a facility of a common carrier which is subject, in whole or in part, to the provisions of Title II of the Cable Act, except that such facility shall be considered a cable system (other than for purposes of section 621(c) of the Cable Act) to the extent such facility is used in the transmission of video programming directly to Subscribers, unless the extent of such use is solely to provide interactive on-demand services; (D) an open video system that complies with section 653 of the Cable Act or (E) any facilities of any electric utility used solely for operating its electric utility systems.
Cable Television System or Cable System. A facility or facilities consisting of, but not limited to, antennas, fiber optic cables, transmitters and receivers, coaxial cables and amplifiers, towers, microwave or other wireless transmission lines, cablecasting studios, power supplies, pedestals, and any other conductors, Converters, equipment or facilities, designed and constructed for the purpose of distributing Video Programming to Signals and/or producing, receiving, amplifying, storing, processing, switching, or distributing audio, video, digital or other forms of electronic Signals sold or distributed to Signals, which is provided to multiple customers within the Town of Wellfleet. Such term does not include (1) a facility that serves only to retransmit the television Signals of one or more television broadcast stations; (2) a facility that serves customers without using any public right-of- way, including Streets or easements; (3) a facility of a common carrier which is subject, in whole or in part, to the provision of Title II of the Cable Act, except that such facility shall be considered a Cable System if such facility is used in the transmission of Video Programming, whether on a common carrier or non-common carrier basis, directly to customers, unless the extent of such use is solely to provide interactive on-demand services; (4) an open video system that complies with Section 653 of the Cable Act; or (5) any facilities of any electric utility used solely for operating its electric utility systems.

  • Information Systems 5.1. The Customer is aware that vehicles manufactured, supplied or marketed by a company within the Volvo Group are equipped with one or more systems which may gather and store information about the vehicle (the “Information Systems”), including but not limited to information relating to vehicle condition and performance and information relating to the operation of the vehicle (together, the “Vehicle Data”).   • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties.
