Definition of Service Fast Post‐Fault Active Power Recovery is the recovery of a Providing Unit’s MW Output to at least 90% of its pre‐Fault Disturbance MW Output within 250ms of the voltage at the Providing Unit’s Connection Point recovering to at least 90% of its pre‐Fault Disturbance value for any Fault Disturbance that is cleared within 900ms. The Providing Unit must be exporting Active Power to the Power System and must remain connected to the Power System for at least 15 minutes following the Fault Disturbance.

Termination of Service Termination of Service shall mean the Executive’s voluntary resignation of service by the Executive or the Bank’s discharge of the Executive without cause, prior to the Normal Retirement Age (Subparagraph I [J]).

Suspension of Service If you participate in DISH Pause or any other program that allows you to temporarily suspend your DISH service at any time during your term commitment, your term commitment will be extended by the number of days that your DISH service is suspended. DISH will determine eligibility for participation and may deny eligibility for any reason.
Provision of Service NYISO will provide Developer with interconnection service of the following type for the term of this Agreement.
Disruption of Service Customer acknowledges and understands that Voice Service will not be available for use under certain circumstances, including without limitation when the network or facilities are not operating or if normal electrical power to the MTA, ATA or ALG is interrupted and such equipment does not have a functioning backup. Customer also understands and acknowledges that the performance of the battery backup is not guaranteed. If the battery backup does not provide power, Voice Services will not function until normal power is restored. Customer also understands that certain online features of Voice Service, where such features are available, will not be available under certain circumstances, including but not limited to the interruption of the Internet connection.
Duration of Services The obligation of GGP to perform any individual Service described in or contemplated by this Section B shall terminate upon the earliest to occur of (a) December 31, 2012, (b) five days following written notice of termination of such Services by Spinco to GGP and (c) the applicable termination date pursuant to Article IX of the Agreement. GGP agrees to use appropriate and reasonable efforts, as mutually agreed upon by the parties and at Spinco’s cost, to (i) ensure that any terminated Service is integrated into Spinco’s broader business processes and/or (ii) complete any individual Service in this Section B requested by Spinco prior to the termination described in the prior sentence.
