California Law and Venue. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with, and be governed by, the laws of the State of California. Any action or proceeding brought to enforce or interpret this Agreement shall be brought in the San Bernardino County Superior Court, Central District.
California Law and Venue. The laws of the State of California (without giving effect to its conflict of laws principles) govern all matters arising out of or relating to this Agreement. Any claims or actions regarding or arising out of this Agreement must be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in San Mateo County, California, and each party to this Agreement submits to the jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of all claims and actions arising out of or relating to this Agreement.
California Law and Venue. This Agreement shall be deemed to have been executed and delivered within the State of California, and the rights and obligations of the Parties shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of California. The Parties further agree that the venue for all legal proceedings concerning this Agreement shall be in the Superior Court of California of the County of Marin.
California Law and Venue. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California and venue with regard to any legal proceedings arising out of this Agreement shall be in Alameda County.

The Parties agree that the sole venue for Judicial enforcement of MOU obligations pursuant to Section IV.C.2 shall be in Los Angeles Superior Court or United States District Court for the Central District of California.

The parties further stipulate to the jurisdiction of the Los Angeles Superior Court to enforce the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

If any controversy, claim, or dispute between the Parties arises from this Agreement, any related action will be brought and tried exclusively in the courts of the State of California located in the county of Los Angeles, California, or in the United States Federal District Court for the Central District of California, as elected by the party bringing the action. Each of the parties waives any defense of lack of in personam jurisdiction, improper venue and forum non conveniens, and agrees that service of process of the presiding court may be made upon each of them by personal delivery or through certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, to the other party at the address specified in Section 13.16. Both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the court selected, to the exclusion of any other courts which may have had jurisdiction apart from this Section.

California Law and Venue. This MOU shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California. Any legal action arising out of this MOU shall be filed in and adjudicated by a court of competent jurisdiction located in the County of Sacramento, State of California.
California Law and Venue. I agree that this agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with California law. In the event any legal action is commenced to enforce or interpret the provisions of this agreement, the venue for any such action shall be in the State of California. The courts or laws of any other state of the United States, United States Federal courts, or the courts of any other nation, shall not have jurisdiction over this agreement and the enforcement of its provisions. I acknowledge that I have read the foregoing Release from Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement, and I am fully aware of the potential dangers and risks inherent and incidental to participating in the Trip. I am fully aware of the effect of signing this written instrument. I voluntarily sign my name as evidence of my acceptance of the above provisions.
