OF MOU. This MOU constitutes a joint recommendation of Management and the Union. It shall not be binding in whole or in part on the parties listed below unless and until:
a. Union membership has ratified this MOU, and the Union has notified the City Administrative Officer (CAO) in writing that it has approved this MOU in its entirety; and
b. The City Council has approved this MOU in its entirety. Where resolutions, ordinances or amendments to applicable codes are required, those Articles of this MOU which require such resolutions, ordinances or amendments will become operative on the effective date of the resolutions, ordinances or amendments unless otherwise specified.
OF MOU. This MOU constitutes a joint recommendation of Management and Recreation Assistant Unit/AFSCME Local 741. It shall not be binding in whole or in part on the parties listed below unless and until:
A. Recreation Assistant Unit/AFSCME Local 741 has notified the City Administrative Officer in writing that it has approved this Memorandum of Understanding in its entirety, and
B. The City Council has approved this MOU in its entirety. Where resolutions, ordinances or amendments to applicable codes are required, those articles of this MOU which require such resolutions, ordinances or amendments will become operative on the effective date of the resolution, ordinance or amendment unless otherwise specified.
OF MOU. This MOU constitutes a joint recommendation of Management and the Union. It shall not be binding in whole or in part on the parties hereto unless and until:
A. The Union has notified the CAO in writing that it has approved this MOU in its entirety.
B. The heads of those departments, offices or bureaus represented herein have taken such actions as might be required to fully implement the provisions of this MOU.
C. The City Council has: approved this MOU in its entirety; amended applicable provisions of the LAAC; amended departmental personnel ordinances and applicable codes; and appropriated the funds necessary to implement those provisions herein which require funding.
OF MOU. City shall implement the provisions of this Memorandum of Understanding by adopting appropriate resolutions, ordinances, and administrative policies.
OF MOU. 1. Prior to the adoption of this MOU, Achievement First SCHOOL NAME and NAME OF SECURITY AGENCY must affirmatively seek input from stakeholders, including but not limited to, parent, students, school administrators, teachers, parent and student organizations and community members.
2. Within ninety (90) days of the signing of this MOU, the SECURITY AGENCY shall ensure that this Memorandum is reviewed by all its employees assigned to the school, including Security Guards.
OF MOU. As provided for in Section 3.1 of the 08-07-19 Planned Position Side Letter, which temporarily amended Section 15.4 (Planned Position Vacancy) of the MOU, the City Manager was delegated authority to enter into this Acknowledged Termination at such time that the intent of the 08-07-19 Planned Position Side Letter is accomplished and the number of planned vacancies returns to the maximum of the four (4) personnel needed to staff one (1) full Engine Company per shift. The City Manager has determined that this has occurred. Thus, Subsections (B) and (C) of Section 15.4 are no longer needed, the 08-07-19 Planned Position Side Letter is hereby terminated and the language of Section 15.4 (Planned Position Vacancy) of the MOU is returning to its original form.

B. The determining bodies and the heads of those departments, offices or bureaus represented herein have approved this MOU in its entirety in the manner required by law, and they have taken such other actions as might be required to fully implement the provisions of this MOU.
C. The City Council (hereinafter "Council") has: (1) approved this MOU in its entirety; (2) amended applicable provisions of the Los Angeles Administrative Code (hereinafter "LAAC"); (3) amended departmental personnel ordinances and applicable codes; and (4) appropriated the funds necessary to implement those provisions herein which require funding.

B. The administrative heads of those departments, offices or bureaus represented herein approved this MOU in its entirety in the manner required by law; and
C. The City Council (hereinafter "Council") has approved this MOU in its entirety; and
D. Where resolutions, ordinances or amendments to applicable codes are required, this MOU shall not be binding, in whole or in part, until all such resolutions, ordinances or amendments become effective.
