Environmental Impact Report. Certification of the Final Environmental Impact Report (“EIR19-0001”) (State Clearinghouse No. 2020070378) prepared pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act and known as “Idaho-Maryland Mine Project Final Environmental Impact Report” (“EIR”) as adequate and complete by written findings, and a Mitigation Monitoring Program.
Environmental Impact Report. The environmental impacts of the Project, including associated Approvals, have properly been reviewed and evaluated by the City pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, Public Resources Code Sections 21000 et seq. (“CEQA”). Pursuant to CEQA, the City Council certified the Environmental Impact Report (“EIR”) for housing development at 000 Xxxxxxx, which includes analysis of the Project as a project alternative, and adopted a Statement of Overriding Considerations by Resolution No. XXXX, adopted on [date]. As required by CEQA, the City adopted written findings and a mitigation monitoring and reporting program (“MMRP”).
Environmental Impact Report. The environmental impacts of the Project, including the Project Approvals and the Subsequent Approvals, and numerous alternatives to the Project and its location, have properly been reviewed and assessed by City pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, Public Resources Code Section 21000 et seq.; and California Code of Regulations Title 14, Section 15000 et seq. (the “CEQA Guidelines”). On [ ] , 2010, pursuant to CEQA and in accordance with the recommendation of the Planning Commission for the City of Newark (the “Planning Commission”), the City Council certified a final environmental impact report covering the Project (the “EIR”). As required by CEQA, the City adopted written findings and a mitigation monitoring program (the “Mitigation Monitoring Program”) prior to approving the Project Approvals.
Environmental Impact Report. A.1 Prepare Notice of Preparation
Environmental Impact Report. An Environmental Impact Report is an informational document that must be considered by each affected agency prior to its approval or disapproval of a project. Environmental Impact Reports provide agencies and the public with detailed information about the environmental effects of proposed projects; lists ways in which the significant effects of such a project might be minimized; and indicates alternatives to projects. This level of review is time consuming and expensive and would reduce the cost effectiveness of most fish habitat restoration projects. Environmental Impact Report. At a duly noticed and conducted public hearing on , 2020, the City Council of the City of El Paso xx Xxxxxx (“Council”) approved Resolution No. 20- , certifying a new EIR for the Project which discloses and analyzes all of the potentially significant adverse environmental effects of the Project, as well as the mitigation measures and alternatives that may substantially lessen or avoid such adverse effects to the maximum extent feasible. The Council also adopted CEQA Findings and a Statement of Overriding Considerations with respect to the Project.
Environmental Impact Report. On May 12, 2009, the Board, in Resolution No. 2009-117, adopted Findings of Fact and a Statement of Overriding Considerations (“CEQA Findings”) and certified as adequate and complete the Xxxxx Vineyards Specific Plan EIR (the “2009 EIR”) (State Clearinghouse (#2005092041), in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”). Mitigation measures were suggested in the Final EIR and are incorporated to the extent feasible in the Specific Plan (as defined below) and in the adopted Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (“MMRP”).
Environmental Impact Report. If during development of conceptual design and/or during preparation of the Initial Study it is identified that potentially significant impacts that cannot be mitigated to below the level of significance may occur, or if evaluation of more than one build alternative for the project would be necessary or desirable, then an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) would be required instead. To support preparation of an EIR, ESA will prepare an Initial Study to identify the topic areas that must be evaluated in the EIR. ESA will also prepare a Notice of Preparation (NOP) for transmittal to the State Clearinghouse, each CEQA responsible and trustee agency, and any federal agencies involved in the project. If necessary, ESA will lead one scoping meeting for the EIR. ESA will prepare an Administrative Draft EIR for City review, a public circulation ready Draft EIR, including a NOC for circulation as described for an IS/MND, and a Final EIR, including an MMRP, responses to comments, and errata for City Council approval. Following approval of the EIR, ESA will prepare and post an NOD as described for an IS/MND. It is expected that the topic areas to be investigated in detail in the EIR would be similar to those described above for an IS/MND; however, it is assumed that up to three build alternatives and a no build alternative would be evaluated in the EIR. Deliverables: • Admin, Draft and Final EIR • Notice of Determination • All files to be delivered in .pdf format unless specified otherwise
