Common use of Call-Back After Completion of Shift Clause in Contracts

Call-Back After Completion of Shift. Any employee who is called back to work after having completed their regular work schedule, and having left the work premises, shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at one and one-half (1 ½) times the regular rate, provided that if such employee is called back a second (2nd) time within two (2) hours of the original call-back, the employee shall not be paid an additional amount for such call-back.
