Call Back Compensation. Employees shall be entitled to call back compensation when they are summoned to work outside their regularly scheduled duty time. Unless an exception applies, if an employee is required to report for duty or any other required work assignment, the employee shall receive a minimum of four hours’ overtime or be compensated for the actual time worked, whichever is greater. Exception 1: If the call back is within three hours of an employee's regularly scheduled duty start time they will be compensated for actual time worked.
