Call Back Outside Schedule. (a) Where an employee is called back to work by the Employer at any time outside the employee’s normal working hours, the employee shall earn compensatory leave credits or compensation at the rate of one and one-half (1 ½) hours for each hour of overtime worked, or a minimum of three (3) hours pay at straight time, whichever is greater.
