Call-Back Policy. When an employee is called back to work from an off-duty status, the employee shall be compensated for a minimum of three (3) hours at time and one-half (1- 1/2) or actual time worked at time and one-half (1-1/2), if eligible for overtime as defined in Section 11.2, above, whichever is greater.
