CALL-OFF CONTRACT AWARD PROCEDURE. 6.1 If a Contracting Body has a requirement for Services in respect of any Lot to which the Provider has been appointed, the Contracting Body may award a Call-Off Contract to the Provider in accordance with the terms laid down in this Framework Agreement by application of the Direct Award Criteria.

CALL-OFF CONTRACT AWARD PROCEDURE. 5.1 The Provider acknowledges that, in entering this Framework Agreement, no form of exclusivity or volume guarantee has been granted by the Authority or any Authorised User Body or any other User Body for Services from the Provider and that the Authority, any Authorised User Body and any other User Body are at all times entitled to enter into other contracts and arrangements with other providers for the provision of any or all services which are in whole or in part the same as or similar to the Services.

  • AWARD PROCEDURE 1.1 If the Authority or any Other Contracting Body decides to source the Services through this Framework Agreement then it will award its Services Requirements in accordance with the procedure in this Framework Agreement Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure) and the requirements of the Regulations and the Guidance.

  • Award Procedures 8.1. The Award Procedures may be invoked by any Framework Public Body and Call-off Contracts may be entered into at any time during the period of the Framework Agreement.
