Call-off Process. As a general principle the Parties agree that the Services may be resourced by the Contractor using offshore personnel except for any parts of the Services that require coordination activities with direct contact with UNAIDS personnel, which shall be resourced using personnel with relative easy access to UNAIDS Geneva based Headquarters.
