Certification of Meeting or Exceeding Tobacco-Free Workplace Policy Minimum Standards A. Grantee certifies that it has adopted and enforces a Tobacco-Free Workplace Policy that meets or exceeds all of the following minimum standards of:
Final Meeting Benefits Questionnaire Provide all key assumptions used to estimate projected benefits, including targeted market sector (e.g., population and geographic location), projected market penetration, baseline and projected energy use and cost, operating conditions, and emission reduction calculations. Examples of information that may be requested in the questionnaires include:
Kick-off Meeting Benefits Questionnaire (2) Mid-term Benefits Questionnaire; and (3)
OMB 2 CFR Part 200 Except for agreements that are straight hourly rate or fee for services contracts not built on a submitted Budget, all components of payment billed to COUNTY will be calculated in accordance with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) 2 CFR Part 200.
