Common use of Canada Pension Plan Clause in Contracts

Canada Pension Plan. 24.01 All Faculty Members shall participate in and contribute to the Canada Pension Plan in accordance with the applicable legislation. The Institute will contribute to the plan for each Faculty Member, to the extent provided for in the applicable legislation.
