Canada Pension Plan. 18.01 Employees shall contribute to the Canada Pension Plan (CPP) and shall be entitled to rights, benefits and privileges thereof in accordance with the Act and its regulations. Any dispute over the payment of benefits shall be adjusted between the employee and the CPP agent.
