Cancellation Fee and Charges. If the University cancels this Contract, and unless the cancellation fee is waived in accordance with Section 8.4 or unless otherwise provided in this Contract (e.g., cancellation as set forth in Section 8.1(B)), I will incur the same cancellation fee as set forth below as if I cancelled the Contract. I understand I may request waiver of cancellation fees as set forth in this Section 8.

  • Cancellation Fees 7.1 There is no refund for late pick up or early return of the Vehicle.
