Cancellation of Part-time Employees. Whenever an employer wishes to change the work schedule of a part-time employee the Director of Care or her/his designate shall give notice of the change at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the scheduled reporting time of the employee. In the event of failure to comply with this provision the employee shall receive seven and one-half (7½) hours pay.
