CANCELLATION OF PERFORMANCE. 13.1 The minimum notice of cancellation of a scheduled performance or call for reasons other than Acts of God shall be twenty-four (24) hours. In lieu of such minimum notice; each employee called for the cancelled performance or call shall be paid either one (1) show call in the case of a cancelled performance or one (1) four (4) hour call in the case of a cancelled call. There shall be no pyramiding of penalties.
13.2 Notice will be deemed to have been given after Management at the KMA Complex has contacted verbally or otherwise the Business Agent or Designate.
CANCELLATION OF PERFORMANCE. Should the Corporation wish or find it necessary to cancel a scheduled performance, notice of such cancellation shall be given to employees scheduled not later than 9 am for a matinee performance and not later than 12noon for an evening performance, on the day of the cancelled performance. After the above stated time, employees so called shall be paid their Performance Rate. For all other work calls notice will be given 8 hours prior to the scheduled start of the first call of the day. After the above stated time, employees so called shall be paid the applicable hourly rate for a four (4) hour call.
CANCELLATION OF PERFORMANCE a. In the event VENUE cancels the PERFORMANCE for any reason less than five (5) weeks before the date of such PERFORMANCE, VENUE will pay CHORUS as liquidated damages, one half (1/2) of the COMPENSATION FEE agreed to be paid for such PERFORMANCE as stated in Paragraph IV. In the event VENUE cancels the PERFORMANCE for any reason less than two (2) weeks before the date of such PERFORMANCE, VENUE will pay CHORUS as liquidated damages, the full COMPENSATION FEE agreed to be paid for such PERFORMANCE as stated in Paragraph IV, unless CHORUS subsequently agrees in writing to waive all or any part of that payment.
b. CHORUS shall have the right to cancel the PERFORMANCE for any reason up to five (5) weeks prior to the date of such PERFORMANCE. In the case of such cancellation, neither VENUE or CHORUS shall be paid the COMPENSATION FEE agreed to be paid for such PERFORMANCE as stated in Paragraph IV.
CANCELLATION OF PERFORMANCE. The initial deposit is non-refundable under any conditions, unless the booking is cancelled by the Artist. In the event that Purchaser cancels this engagement before 90 days of the event date, Purchaser will forward 50% of the performance fee to Go Fish Resources, Inc. Cancellations within thirty (30) days will hold Purchaser liable for 100% of the performance fee. Purchaser will forward payment to Go Fish Resources, Inc. within two (2) days of cancellation. Bookings are not confirmed until deposit and Agreements are received. Artist’s name shall not be used on publications (flyers), or any other promotional materials until receipt of booking confirmation.
CANCELLATION OF PERFORMANCE. The performance may only be canceled by written notice received by the other party, no less than 90 days before the performance date at clause 2(b). Deposits, payments, and any incurred costs are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. If any performance is cancelled without proper written notice; or the performance is confirmed within the cancellation period specified: the performance stands as confirmed and the full Final Total payable immediately by the Hirer in the event of a cancellation. The Artist may cancel at any time if unable to perform due to sickness, injury, transport problems, conflict, weather conditions, or force majeure, and is not liable to repay any amounts paid by the Hirer prior to the Artist canceling. CANCELLATION OF PERFORMANCE. The performance may only be cancelled by written notice received by the other party, no less than 7 days 14 days 21 days or 28 days before the performance date/s at clause 2(b). (Circle appropriate choice). Deposit and any incurred travel costs are not refundable in the event of cancellation. If any performance is cancelled without proper written notice; if no cancellation period is specified above; or the performance is confirmed within the cancellation period specified: the performance stands as confirmed and the full Final Total payable immediately by the Hirer in the event of a cancellation. (The Artist may cancel at any time if unable to perform due to sickness, injury, transport problems, weather conditions or anything beyond their control, and is not liable to repay any amounts paid by the Hirer prior to the Artist cancelling). All instructions will be conveyed through the Band Leader to the personnel.
CANCELLATION OF PERFORMANCE. 10.1 Should the Employer wish or find it necessary to cancel a scheduled performance, notice of such cancellation shall be given to the Business Agent of the Union not later than nine (9:00) a.m. for a matinee performance and not later than twelve o'clock noon (12:00) for an evening performance, on the day of the cancelled performance. Failing such notice, stage employees will be paid for a performance or a five (5) hour call, whichever is applicable.
CANCELLATION OF PERFORMANCE a. In the event Promoter cancels the Performance for any reason less than five (5) weeks before the date of such Performance, Promoter will pay Artist as liquidated damages, one half (1/2) of the Balance agreed to be paid for such Performance in Paragraph III. In the event Promoter cancels the Performance for any reason less than two (2) weeks before the date of such Performance, Promoter will pay Artist as liquidated damages, the full Balance agreed to be paid for such Performance, unless Artist subsequently agrees in writing to waive all or any part of that payment.
b. Artist shall have the right to cancel the Performance for any reason up to five (5) weeks prior to the date of such Performance. In the case of such cancellation, Artist will not be paid a fee for performing.
CANCELLATION OF PERFORMANCE. 30.1 Should Canadian Stage Company wish, or find it necessary to cancel a scheduled rehearsal or performance, notice of such cancellation shall be given to the Business Agent or designated representative of the Union no later than four (4) hours prior to the call. Failing the giving of such notice in accordance herewith the employees called shall be paid the minimum four (4) hours.
CANCELLATION OF PERFORMANCE. The performance may only be cancelled by prior written notice received by the other party. (Receipt by email at the address noted herein shall be deemed sufficient.) If the performance is cancelled by the Purchaser with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full contract fee will be due and owing to Tallymoore, and if cancelled by the Purchaser within 72 hours prior to the day of performance, 50% of the full contract fee shall be due and owing to Tallymoore, with payment to be received no later than seven (7) days following the contracted performance date. Tallymoore accepts no responsibility for cancelling a performance due to factors beyond Tallymoore’s control (e.g., weather, government actions, accident, member inability to perform, severe illness, death).
