Cancellation of Vacation. When an employee's approved vacation leave is cancelled before is due to commence such vacation leave, the employee will be reimbursed reasonable expenses incurred due to cancellation. The employee will make every reasonable attempt to mitigate any losses incurred and will provide proof of such action to the Employer.
