CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION BY THE MEMBER. You can cancel your membership at any and time without having to justify the reason by notifying NE in the following ways: • Online via the online cancellation service (available through the Profile area of the Website when You are logged in). • By email: at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx • By calling our Customer Service Representatives on the phone numbers set out in the page “Contact us” (Monday to Friday 8am-8pm, and Saturday 9am- 4pm). • In writing you can either write to NE or download and send the cancellation form featured at the end of these Membership Terms and send this to: NX Rewards, Sentinel House, Airspeed Road, Portsmouth, Hampshire, P03 5RF A Member who terminates his membership shall have the right to use and receive all the benefits of the NX Rewards Membership Service for the rest of the current 30-day period. At the end of the said period, the termination will take effect and the Member will no longer have access to the NX Rewards Membership Service, nor any obligation to pay any further Membership Fee.

  • Termination by the HSP (a) The HSP may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason, upon giving 6 months’ Notice (or such shorter period as may be agreed by the HSP and the Funder) to the Funder provided that the Notice is accompanied by: satisfactory evidence that the HSP has taken all necessary actions to authorize the termination of this Agreement; and a Transition Plan, acceptable to the Funder, that indicates how the needs of the HSP’s clients will be met following the termination and how the transition of the clients to new service providers will be effected within the six-month Notice period.

  • Termination by the Owner for Cause § 16.2.1 The Owner may terminate the Contract if the Contractor .1 repeatedly refuses or fails to supply enough properly skilled workers or proper materials;

  • Termination by the Funder The Funder may terminate this Agreement by providing ten (10) calendar days written notice to the Claimholder after the occurrence of any of the following events. The notice shall reasonably describe the alleged breach which is the basis of such termination and clearly state the Funder’s intent to terminate this Agreement if the alleged breach is not cured within ten (10) calendar days of the Claimholder’s receipt of the notice.
