Common use of Cancellation Pay Clause in Contracts

Cancellation Pay. If a nurse’s tour is cancelled with less than four (4) hours personal notice from the starting time of the tour period, she will receive minimum of four (4) hours pay at her regular straight time rate.

Cancellation Pay. If a nurse’s scheduled tour is cancelled with less than four fifteen (415) hours personal notice from prior to the starting time of the tour periodher scheduled tour, she will shall receive minimum of four (4) hours pay at her regular straight time hourly rate. The cancellation notice will be placed on the nurse’s voice mail.

Cancellation Pay. If a nurse’s scheduled tour is cancelled with less than four (4) hours personal notice from in advance of the starting time of the tour periodscheduled shift, she will receive minimum of four three and one- half (43 1/2) hours hours’ pay at her regular straight time hourly rate. Such cancellation shall not be considered as a layoff.
