  • Cancellation Policies Please refer to the Deposit and Cancellation Schedule on the previous page. Cancellation by GCRC: GCRC may, in its sole discretion, cancel an itinerary or portion of an itinerary at any time, prior to departure. Other than as a result of force majeure, GCRC will repay the deposit or charges for the itinerary or, where appropriate, a reasonable pro rata share thereof. Except as specifically provided in this paragraph, the cancellation of an itinerary or portion of an itinerary by GCRC will be subject to the limitation of liability contained in section 10 of this Agreement.

Notice of such cancellation shall be given to the Bank in writing, or by cable or telephone confirmed in writing.
