Cap Levels. The maximum contributions of the First and Third Container Royalties in any contract year shall not exceed the Container Royalty Cap level. During the term of this Master Contract the Container Royalty Cap shall be at the following levels: Effective Date Cap Level October 1, 2004 58 million tons October 1, 2006 63 million tons October 1, 2008 68 million tons October 1, 2009 73 million tons The Container Royalty Cap levels exclude containerized tons in the Port of Miami/Port Everglades upon which First and Third Container Royalties are each paid at the rate of 55 cents per weight ton.

  • Staffing Levels To the extent legislative appropriations and PIN authorizations allow, safe staffing levels will be maintained in all institutions where employees have patient, client, inmate or student care responsibilities. In July of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of each agency will, upon request, meet with the Union, to hear the employees’ views regarding staffing levels. In August of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of Budget and Management will, upon request, meet with the Union to hear the employees’ views regarding the Governor’s budget request.
