CAPACITY PAY. All engineers operating cranes and derricks with a manufacturers rated maximum capacity exceeding fifty (50) ton shall be compensated TWO CENTS ($0.02) per hour for each ton of the rated capacity in excess of fifty (50) ton. Long Boom Pay Section 4 and Capacity Pay Section 5 and Premium Pay as provided for in Section 6 of this Article shall not be pyramided, but the highest rate shall prevail.
