CARD VALIDITY, EXPIRY AND RENEWAL. 4.1 Card is valid up to the last day of the calendar month of the year indicated on the face of the Card unless cancelled earlier by the Bank. If Cardmember use the Card outside the validity period, the Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any consequences that may arise.

  • TERM OF AGREEMENT AND RENEWAL The provisions of this Agreement shall become effective on the January 1, 20209 and shall remain in full force and effect through the December 31, 2022. It shall be automatically renewed from year to year thereafter unless either party shall notify the other in writing no later than sixty (60) days prior to expiration that it desires to modify or terminate the Agreement. In the event such notice is given, negotiations shall commence on a mutually agreeable date.

  • Effective Date Duration and Renewal This Agreement shall become effective as of May 1, 2010. Unless terminated as provided in Section 14 below, this Agreement shall continue in effect as to each Fund until July 31, 2011 and thereafter from year to year only so long as such continuance is specifically approved at least annually (a) by a majority of those trustees who are not interested persons of CAT or of Columbia WAM, voting in person at a meeting called for the purpose of voting on such approval, and (b) by either the Board or vote of the holders of a “majority of the outstanding shares” of that Fund (which term as used throughout this Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the definition of “vote of a majority of the outstanding voting securities of a company” in Section 2(a)(42) of the 1940 Act).

  • DURATION AND RENEWAL This Agreement shall continue in effect until the day of March, and shall continue automatically thereafter for annual periods of one year each unless either party notifies the other in writing that it intends to amend or terminate this Agreement in accordance with the following:
