Common use of CARE Award Plan Clause in Contracts

CARE Award Plan. Bargaining unit nurses will be eligible to participate in the Caregivers Achievement Reward Earned (CARE) Award Plan, in accordance with the terms of the Plan as determined by the Agency in its sole discretion, in the same manner and for as long as the Plan applies to all other employees of the Agency.
