The Contractor shall maintain and have on file a written description and an organizational chart that outlines the structure of authority, responsibility, and accountability within the MSSP and the MSSP parent organization. The Contractor shall provide to its assigned CDA analyst a copy of the organization chart within thirty (30) days of the execution of this Agreement.
