Care & Nurturing/Bridging of Service. The Employer shall grant, upon request, a leave of absence for a period not to exceed eighteen (18) months, without pay, for the purpose of raising/caring for a dependant. Seniority shall be retained but not accrued. The following conditions shall apply:
